Q: AOL PFC (Personal Filing Cabinet) Full
My PFC is loaded and I should delete many of the files located there. The biggest majority are e-mails. Deleting them one by one will take considerable time. Is there a way to delete them en mass. There is little I care to save. Thanks
A: AOL PFC (Personal Filing Cabinet) Full
There is a better way than one at a time.
Here's how:
1. Select the first one
2. Scroll down to the last one
3. While holding down the Shift Key, select the last mail you want to delete. This will select all the mail from the first one to the last one.
4. Now click on Delete
If there is one or more mail in that list you don't want to delete with the others, hold down the Ctrl Key and click on one or more of those mails to
unselect them.
Ps. when you are finished deleting all that mail be sure and compact your PFC.
Q: Quicken Turbo Tax Deluxe
I have Quicken Turbo Tax deluxe for tax year 2000. Will I be able to update it on the net for 2001 or will I have to purchase a 2001 copy? Thanks in advance. SCC
A: Quicken Turbo Tax Deluxe
I have been using that program for years.
They usually send me the renewal in the mail to purchase this year's copy. I send them a check and the first of January the program shows up. The cost is somewhat less than the regular $39.95 to renew.
So the answer to your question is, yes you will have to purchase a 2001 copy. (Upgrade) It may or may not be available as a download from the Intuit site.
