Q:        How to Edit AOL Portfolio

How do I change my AOL Portfolio?

A:         How to Edit AOL Portfolio

Sign on to AOL, go to My AOL, Find your Portfolio Section, Click on Personalize, Select Customize, Double-click on your name to display your portfolio. From this screen you can select a security and add, delete etc. Good luck.

Q:        Internet Explorer - AutoComplete-Clear History

I have Internet Explorer and when I go to search engines to search oh say shoes and then I search for something else that beings with S a menu pops up under that and shows everything I searched for beginning with that letter.  Is there any way I can turn that off or clear it? Thanks.

A:         Internet Explorer - AutoComplete-Clear History

That is a feature called AutoComplete.

If you want to turn it off do this:

From the Menu Bar, Select Tools, Internet Options

Select the Advanced Tab, Scroll down to and uncheck the box next to Use Inline AutoComplete

To clear all those entries and any History:

From the Menu Bar, Select Tools, Internet Options, From the General Tab click the Clear History Button. Good luck.

Q:        Outlook Express Inbox-My Files

Somehow I lost my opening page for the internet. The one that shows the inbox on the right and the inbox-outbox-sent items-drafts-etc on the left.  All I have is a full page of the inbox.  I have no way of bringing up the outbox for example. Can you help me?  Maybe go to that restore item which I could select a date prior to when this happened.

Also would like to show "my files" on the desktop.  These are the word perfect letter files. This not as important as the e-mail problem.

A:         Outlook Express Inbox-My Files

No need to resort to Restore at this point. Here's what you do:

1. Open Outlook Express

2. Select View

3. Select Layout

4. From this screen click in the box beside Folder List

5. Select Apply

5. Select OK

Now you should see your familiar folders on the left and messages on the right.

To show the WordPerfect My Files Folder on your Desktop:

1. Open My Computer

2. Open Drive C:

3. Look for My Files, when you locate this folder, right mouse click on it

4. Select Send To

5. Select Desktop (create shortcut)

6. Close My Computer

Look on your Desktop; you should see a shortcut to My Files. Good luck.
