Q:        WinZip File

Hi Dale; I'd sure appreciate your help; my grandson e-mailed to me pictures of his football game--him at qb. I can't call them up by clicking the pic attachment--I get this message: "This file does not have a program associated with it. Create an association in My Computer by clicking View & then clicking folder options" D4.Zip [621 KB] My computer has neither of these titles. What do I do to call up the pics? Best regards,

A:         WinZip File

Sounds like you have a Zip file. You will need to download and install WinZip. www.winzip.com
After you have installed WinZip, the zip file you have will have to be unzipped.
Once that is completed, just double click any of those unzipped files to see if you have a program associated with them.

Q:        Install Printer

My printer is a hp DeskJet 630C and the 630C is not listed in the list of printers. What printer do I use instead of this-the 600 or 660. Also I am having difficulty putting the HP toolbox in the computer. A couple of months ago I lost all the data in the computer and the computer tech must not have installed it right, because I was able to pull up the toolbox without any problems. Whatever help you can give I will most appreciative. Sincerely,

A:         Install Printer

What you will need is the software that came with your printer. It would most likely be on a CD Disk or maybe 3 1/2 Disks. If you don't have it or can't find it go to HP's web site

www.hp.com/ and download the drivers and software for your model number. When you get to HP's home page, select Drivers. After that follow the instructions from HP as to how to install the downloaded drivers and software.

Once completed your toolbox will be back and functioning as well as your printer.
